We believe in a strong sense of family, community, and independent living. Daly Co-Op believes in the rights to privacy and dignity of all members in accordance with the laws of human rights.

Daly Co-op is made up of 88 apartments. There are spacious bachelors, 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units. All of these units are wheelchair accessible. For our members comfort, all of the hallways and common areas are air conditioned in summer, and heated during the winter. Our building is protected from blackouts by a new natural gas generator, this keeps essential power to one elevator, common area lighting, and our Paul Lamb hall. Free wifi is available in the lounge area, and a new video system is on 24/7 in many of the common areas.

Mail delivery to members locked boxes, as well as postal drop box and mail pickup in the mail room for our convenience. Assigned parking for members (see fee structure below), and some visitor parking is available.

Neighbourhood amenities

Both OC Transpo/ParaTranspo services are available at Daly Co-Op.

A short walk to Elmvale Shopping Centre, and a 10 minute bus ride to St-Laurent Shopping Centre or Heron Gate Mall. Close to daycare, schools, churches, hospitals, parks, the Museum of Science and Technology, and a fitness centre.
